At Océane Medical Aesthetics and Wellness, we deeply value both your time and the time of our providers. To ensure we continue delivering exceptional care to all of our clients, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to our updated Late Arrival /Cancellation Policy below:
- If you anticipate being late for your scheduled appointment, please call our office as soon as possible. Our providers will assess the day’s schedule and may need to reschedule your appointment depending on the delay.
- Clients arriving 15 minutes or more past their scheduled appointment time will be asked to reschedule.
- If we do not receive a phone call and you arrive 15 minutes late or more, we will attempt to contact you by phone to reschedule. If we are unable to reach you, you will forfeit your consultation fee, applicable membership service or prepaid package treatment.
- If you do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled treatment, a $50 fee will be charged to your account.
