Appointment, Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved, especially for you. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide timely, high-quality care for all of our patients.
Please Arrive on Time
· Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment rescheduled, depending on the provider’s schedule.
Consultation Appointments
A $100 consultation fee is required to reserve your appointment and may be applied toward your treatment or service.
If you do not arrive for your consultation or do not contact us to reschedule within one (1) hour of your scheduled appointment, your $100 consultation fee will be forfeited.
Prepaid Treatment Packages
Treatment appointments are reserved exclusively for you.
If you fail to arrive for your scheduled treatment or do not contact us to reschedule within one (1) hour of your appointment, one prepaid treatment from your package will be forfeited.
Last-Minute Cancellations
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible so we may offer your appointment time to another patient.
Repeated missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may result in prepayment requirements or limitations on future scheduling.
